Poor customer service

Magol Spar Lephalale - i had such a bad experience ONCE AGAiN. I buy from this store every morning. This morning i made a withdrawal from the atm inside the shop and found a note that was torn and wanted to pay with the money as it is the manager who loads the atm in the morning. I explained to the cashier. She called the supervisor who then told me that she can not exchange the money nor can i pay with it and and i am lying. I made a sense about it, told her look at the cctv if i took any other money from my pockets. I went to the office to call on of the managers who greeted me but they told me she is not in. The supervisor and cashiers told me that i should not make noise and that i must have respect for them after i was accused of being a ****? Eventually i got the manager and explained to him, he said it was possible and exchanged my note from his own pocket as the lady still refused to take the money. After i turned around to pay at the till i found them looking and laughing at me. Is this any way to treat your customers? How can a cashier or supervisor be so rude to tell you that you are lying and refusing to be of any help? Who ever trained these people to work with customers this way?
