POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT UMLAZI MEGACITY-DURBAN

This is A LONG STORY...But to summarise it,Today I was faulsely accused of *****ing at SPAR uMlazi Mega city,the securities even wanted me to take a foto with the item accused of.I am very disappointed and angry at the fact that not enough evidence was found but they concluded and made it sound like I was *****ing intentionally.I will personally take the matter up with this situation as it really didn't sit well and it still makes me angry when I think about it.
