Poor customer service and rude supervisor at Southernwood Spar

I am currently at Southernwood Spar waiting for assistance from the manager, I've been here since 12:20. The cashier who assisted on the 19th of November 2021 with the purchase of electricity she mixed the last 2 digits around. When I come to rectify the error she has made the cashier and the supervisor are busy telling me I must come back on Monday at 2pm that's when she is scheduled for work. My question to them is that I must be inconvenienced for the 3rd time ask for time off work to come and sort out something which could have been resolved now. I informed the supervisor currently I do not have electricity and I'm going to work on Monday I cannot be inconvenienced because of the cashiers negligence they can sort it out when she comes back on Monday. There is another till operator her name is ZINTLE she kept walking around making remarks that we must wait for Monday to hear the other cashier side of the story. She was not even part of the conversation they are now busy standing and gossiping about me which I find it very rude. I am not begging for this electricity it's an error which was done by the cashier and it must be ratified. Ian Bezedenhout came to inform me that I must wait for Monday because he is not even sure that I provided the cashier with the slip. I asked why doesn't he check the footage since they have so many cameras in the shop. He then disappeared hopefully he's gone to look at the footage. The slip has the time when it was printed I do not understand what could be taking so long to rewind the footage. Sometimes when you put an *********** person in a position you never get anything done. If the so called supervisor and ZINTLE with the big mouth and attitude were intelligent enough would have sorted the issue. The time is now 14:11 the cashier at the cigarette tills just called me and gvae me my money bank Ian and ZINTLE never came back to apologize. Wow I'm disgusted
