Poor Customer Service and Hazardous tables in store.

As a family we visit Spar Bergbron on the daily for all our essentials and monthly needs. On the 16/05/2024 we visit to get some stuff for the kids and my son and i played which lead to him turning around and hitting his face into a ***** table near the bakery area. We asked for the ladies at the back for tissue as blood was oozing out his forehead. we immediately ran to the medicross centre were he saw a doctor and had to get some stiches costed us R1800.00 later. We then went back to report it to Spar management and Ruwhan the Manager on duty said he will look at the footage and revert. So no call received the Friday from anyone. My wife then went back to get some stuff the Saturday 18/05/2024 and asked the Manager on site if they manage to look into the matter and was told it was our fault that my son got hurt and they will not except any responsibility.

My view here is i have been a loyal customer to the centre for more then 10 years. the Shop has multiple table in the store that is a hazard to customers. This is suppose to be a family store where kids will run around and be playful. I believe if management feels that those ***** tables adds to the look ad feel they must ensure that sharp edges are covered for the safety of there customers.

The attitude of management is repolling.

We are considering shopping elsewhere as there is no care for people clearly.
