Poor customer service

Am not happy with Thhe service I got from spar Ninapark Please make sure the cashier learn to communicate well with customers. I was assisted by cashier in till no 1 between 11 and 12 am, I also needed cash but then tapped instead of advising me not to tap she indicated I should have asked, how would I know if you don't tell me.
