Poor Customer Service

Spar Is known for Its Wednesday Specials especially on Vegetables. But Spar Melmoth is different. I am a kind of person who likes Cucumbers and I always buy these from Spar at R10.99. On Wednesdays Spar sometimes drop these to R5.99 on their advert. In December they also had this special and I picked about 4 of the Cucumbers and at a till I was told It was not on special and unfortunately I didn't bring the advert with me. So I paid their price. Yesterday (01-03-2016) I saw the advert for the 02-03-2016. This time I took the advert with me. I only took one Cucumber this time and again at the till I was told Its not on special but fortunately I had the advert and requested that they adjust the price. The teller left me for 5 minutes and later she returned telling me that the manager is not allowing the adjustment as per the advert. I requested to see the manager and the teller took me to her. She told me that their cucumber was big and they cant sell it for R5.99 as Spar has advertised. But I insisted that I wanted to pay R5.99 as per the advert. She was very unprofessional and with bad attitude, she demanded the teller to give it to me for R5.99 and left me standing.
