Poor customer service

I went to Ebony Park Spar to withdraw money from the cashier. I first ask the front line supervisor Lucy if it's possible and she said yes but I must buy something worth more than R10 not less so I took appletiser which costs R10.99. Sandra told me I can't buy 1 item and I told her that I can. Then she said she does not have the money I wanted to withdraw so I asked her what should I do, she said I must ask other cashiers. So I said to her she must get someone else to assist as I can't go back to another long queue and she said NO GO BACK TO ANOTHER LINE, really now?
