Poor customer service

What a disappointing shopping experience I had at Spar Xavier. My son got sick and threw up in store. I immediately alerted the staff members and asked for tissue to clean him up. I then left my trolley in store and again notified a staff member that I was getting someone to fetch my son so I can finish up my shopping as I was almost done. On my return, a staff member approached me and interrogated me on why I didn’t clean up after my son. It was so confrontational and interrogative and I explained that my priority was ensuring that I attend to my son, but also, I wouldn’t have cleaning equipment on me or even know how to use theirs. I just felt so uncomfortable as a paying customer for the way I was addressed for something that happened unintentionally. Especially as that is my go to Spar.
