Poor customer service

Cashier has attitude for days,her attitude for 30minutes can last you the entire year , she does not respect customer young or old she speaks as she pleases. I was paying for my drinks and I had to leave others, she ordered me to take back the drinks I’m leaving right where I found them,I quote “gape lena leya bora take this drinks to where you found them ,you think you leaving them for who?”I took them back when I have to pay she tells me that she doesn’t have change ,if I like I can go outside look for change come back and pay. And the two people who where in front of me got the same treatment I did.

I did not get her name because she was not wearing a name tag but I did let her manager know about the treatment she’s giving to customers ,because it was not the first time giving this treatment.
