Poor customer service

Still awaiting feedback from last incident with the security still no reply. Now i go back to the store, purchased food stuff which was burnt, only when i got home an open i saw the how terribly burnt the items were. So not only the security but people who serve the food also dont know about customer service. As for the so called supervisor or manager when you go to her with a complain she only knows how to grin in a synical manner and never ever gets back to a customer with feedback.
