Poor Customer service

I was at Kilnerpark Spar on 29 January 2020 at the hot food area wanting to buy tripe (mala mogodu). As I got close to the glass counter a lady wearing an apron was standing scratching her ear. I asked her if she had any tripe on the menu for the day and asked her if tripe is cooked daily there, as it is, Eastlynne Spar. The lady from her distance rudely and coldly seemed uninterested said no, as tripe is not served nor cooked at the Kilner Park Spar supermarket. There was a gentleman who was standing next to me who was looking to buy food also. The gentleman explained to me that actually tripe is cooked at the Kilner Park Spar but sometimes or on rare occasions. I was upset and disgusted at the poor customer service from the lady as I told her that is what I expected from her good customer service and to have explained to me in detail, if she was interested in her job. The lady did not seem to care. So the gentleman asked another lady who was on the same side of the glass counter like the rude lady. The second lady was smiling and explained to me the correct information.

Spar Kilner Park does not need rude and lazy people like that lady with an apron especially to work with people. Spar lost 2 customers at Kilner Park today as I walked out and the gentleman followed me as we went to Spar Eastlynne to buy tripe - mala mogodu from a professional and customer focused lady there.
