Poor customer service

Hello, I’ve had enough of the a few staff at Spar sun village. But there’s this particular lady by the name of Tebogo I don’t know her surname but she’s light in complexion and short. I’ve never seen her smiling with a customer. Just the other day as she was helping me she’s busy on the side chatting to the cashier next to her laughing and I asked her for plastics and cash, she did none of that. I waited for her to finish she turned to look at me and told me the total, I paid and asked her what about the cash and plastics I asked for she raised her voice at me by saying “why didn’t you tell me before?” I then said to her “do you really think you can focus on two people at the same time?, I told you but clearly you colleague is more important than me!” I took my groceries and left. Just today the 19 July 2019, I gave her a smile and greeted her she just stood and looked at me like I’m a fool. I put what I wanted to buy on the counter and still looked at me until I said please help me, and that’s when she helped me. I then asked her “does it really hurt to smile though?” she didn’t respond she just look at me. Also asked for her name she still kept quiet, I got the name from slip.

I don’t what’s wrong with her but she has issues but you really she needs customer service course and if she has problems she must just leave them at home we all have problems.
