Poor customer service.

I bought two pies from spar, took it out to my siblings to find out it was the wrong flavor pies. Came back into spar to exchange for a different pie. Manger said she can’t help. I asked for the owners number, and was told she doesn’t have it and I should come back on Monday to resolve the issue. Absolute poor service and poor management. The manager name was Monica.
