Poor customer service

I went to Spar Zevenwacht Mall in Cape Town to buy a kettle. The price was listed on the shelf R259 so I took it. At the paypoint it scan R439. I question the cashier who went with me to check. She agreed that it was the same description. But instead the superior was just saying that the price scans correct nothing else no other explanation. THAT IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY CLAIMED THAT WE ARE NOT DOING THEM A FAVOR BY SHOPPING THERE. YOU ARE BAD
