Poor customer service

<p>I was at Spa Soshanguve block ff trying to withdraw money from a till point then I was told that I have to spend R20 before I can withdraw. I asked them when did they implement their new policy they said last week then I told them that I was there on Monday and I did withdraw money and I did not spend R20 but I only bought a 500ml coke. The stupid thing is that their supervisor (Dimakatso) didn't even know the date the policy was implemented. Their customer service is very poor and I wasn't satisfied by the way I treated.</p>
