Poor Customer Service

Spar, I'm so utterly disappointed by the level of service I get at your Stretford Spar. Cashier by the name of Palesa Mahlase, she clearly demonstrated lack of customer service skills and her attitude needs to be checked. She can't speak to customers as if she's at her own home. A bit of training is required there, she lacks professionalism and treating customers fairly.

Please please arrange for her training, I've been a loyal customer of your franchise for years now but what I witnessed is totally embarassing.
