Poor customer experience

My name is Bongani I went to tops and bought couple of beers there it happen one of the cans was faulty broken I didn't realize while I was still in the shop a seconds later when I left their store it started to lick I quickly when back to the shop to show them that item is faulty can you please exchange it for me and the store manager said to no she can't exchange it for me and she left me hanging there without any assistance. Poor customer experience I've ever seen..date 09-11-2024. There worse part is that in all of their fridges is written if you break you pay but they can't help me with their manufacturing fault can.
