Poor Customer Care Service

I bought a spar voucher online More than a week ago and still haven't received it. You email the relevant person and get no reply the you phone the customer care line provided on the receipt, you hold on for more than 10 minutes and then a voicemail says they cant answer your call. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!
