Poor and arrogant customer service

Quite a distasteful at Spar Park Square this Saturday

Have been doing odd shopping there ever since they opened and I stepped in to buy 5 roasted chicken for my team at work

I place the order and kindly ask the staff to please cut the chickens in 4's for me as I know this is for my team and it makes total sense to have them cut as I'm at work and have no utensils.

They point blank refused to the point where I got the manager on Duty named John, this is in point form my conversation with this arrogant manager :

* I asked John for a kind favour to cut these and he says No we don't do that, my response was that you've always done it for me which was the case and hence my reason coming back to the store *I asked John why can't you and he says "we can't do that" I questioned 6 times with the same response until John says the store is too busy *I look around and there's been no one around us for the past 3 minutes, and like really... It would take you literally 2 minutes at max to do what I asked but you're already debating with me for over 3 minutes * I tell John no one's here and if that's the case please bring me a knife and I'll do it by the counter that's nearest to my reach but John says NO *I inform John that I've given him a solution and he they says NO, he's has experiences with customers leaving food in the isles, my response was that I'd pay for it first and then you can fulfill my request * He then goes back to the being busy part when up until that moment no customer has been in sight *He then says "LISTEN HERE, WE ARE NOT GOING TO DO IT" *My response to John was "wow is that your level of customer service" and he says "Yes" *I still bought the items as I was disadvantaged by time and options even through my disappointment and dissatisfaction however this level of service is just uncomfortable and unacceptable

The video attached even shows that there are no customers there yet we receive that level of poor customer service and experience from a huge brand being SPAR
