Please respect your "24 convenience"

Fist time they denied me service citing I'm drunk ... Fair enough, we are all human with different experiences... Though I did not provoke anyone or had any argument whatsoever. Second time I arrived at 23:45, I find two people standing by the door, and its locked. I try to signal for attention the lady looks over and blatantly ignore me. Two people come out and the two whom were outside yell at the lady now , "hey this gentleman wants to go in" ( refering to me). She responds "we will help him after 00:00" as she shuts the door. Fine I drive off and come back at 00:25. Still closed and I signal for help and the lady moping ignores me ... A petrol attendemt come and ask her " why are you ignoring him" she responds I'm busy moping. Today I went and bought a light bulb for my house at 19:10, turned out to be faulty, at 19:25 when I tried to return it I was told to come tomorrow as management is not available.... There I was studying in the dark! Sigh!
