Plastic inside cake

On Sunday we bought a chocolate cake and doughnuts at Spar Wex1, amongst a few other household items. As I bite into my 2nd slice I found myself chewing into a piece of plastic. It looked like the kind you bit off when opening a sachet of milk or something. Regardless this should’ve never been in my cake. It says a lot about the poor hygiene at Spar Wex and the nonchalant attitude of the staff, which is a shame since I’m a regular customer. I logged a complaint on Sunday and to date no one has called me back. Absolutely appallingly disgusted!
