Physically Assaulted at spar Lowveld mall by the manager

I have been physically assaulted at Spar Lowveld mall by the manager and one of her cashiers. I was at the Spar shop to buy beverages which I needed for my trip to Johannesburg and upon my reaching the till I was told they won't accept the R200 note which I had withdrawn from the Capitec ATM because it had a tape on it, I then contacted the head office and I spoke lady that advised she would transfer me to the right department. I then went to the store manager to request for her details so that I may provide them to the head office and she refused and the brancode she refused to give to me, I then took a picture or the manager to get her name tag and she punched my hand and I retailated in response to her first punch which broke my phone and she and other colleagues started to attack me physically as I had mentioned to her that I will report the matter to the head office. She broke my phone and physically harmed me and pulled my hair. I am so disappointed in the manner I have been treated at Spar as it's not what I expected from a manager. Her tone of language was not pleasant nor the actions. I have opened a case of assault against her and I am not happy because even my tooth was knocked out and I was physically harmed and my hair was pulled out. What happened to me is not what I expected from spar and I don't wish it on anyone else
