Phola mall Superspar misleading special prices and management failing to account

I'm a regular client at Phola mall Superspar for years now and service is being good until today 19/12/2025. I get promotional/special sms mostly on Fridays as was the case today and the special on my sms is as follow: 2lt coke & 2lt sprite & 2lt stoney & 2lt fanta for R62. I requested a merchandise person to verify the special since I did not see any displays by the shop and the guy came back and said it was verified to be correct. I bought 5x(times) the special but when I got to cashier the amounts changed and I requested for the manager. Manager came and he failed to explain the promotion that I got from Phola mall Superspar. I got a lot of disrespect as a consumer from that manager and felt undermine as a paying customer. I would like an official apology and as per consumer right would like to have the (five) 2lts that was taken from my grocery trolley.
