Payzone Inefficiencies

Went to go buy prepaid electricity and the cashier told me that the system was offline, upon getting home and very upset I decided to go onto the suppliers website, this is what it read \SPAR also sells UniPIN vouchers which can be purchased even if systems are offline and are activated using your cell phone."so now am sitting in the dark and am so angry at this poor service.
