Pay back my money

It’s funny how you treat ur customers if I were to go to spar take somethings from your shelves leave without paying u will then be calling securities and police on me but now you took my money from my account it’s it’s taking forever for you guys to refund me I have been calling countless time with no good response all you do is to tell me that you are still investigating but I sent you proof that money was taken frm my account and yet I had to pay cash cause you told me it declined…pay back my money
