Paulpeitersburg Spar

The Paulpeitersburg Spar is very poor in customer service and all together with their management team, Today it was the worst as I was doing shopping with my mother as usual we have to first check their pricing because they have a tendency of false advertising, me and my mother we were charged 405.86 for a pack of red onions the cashier Thembi didn't notice that with only 10 items which only cost 160 but we ended up paying 544.71.

We noticed before we left the store and we never taken seriously with the issue, all they said was "Sorry"as if nothing happened with an attitude given by Madiba a lady who is very unprofessional and rude not even sure if she gave a correct name as she was not wearing a name badge. This issue always happens with stuff that you buy and when we get home that's when we see that we were over charged and it's a cost to go back as we only go once or twice a month to do groceries.

Yesterday which was the 10/08/23 at the same store we wanted to buy a special of 6 cold drinks defferent favers, because we always check their prices we also called their staff to confirm and fortunately it was one of their managers Goodman who also didn't care how he answered and the offer was not the right one when we go to the pay point.

Am very disappointed with the store as most of the time they have customers which are old people that depends on their service which is very poor. With my understanding all the amounts that they over charge people goes to their pockets.
