Pathetic Service portrayed by SPAR management :TOPS at SPAR Ridgeway Gardens

I visited TOPS at SPAR Ridgeway Gardens on the 8th September, upon making a payment, their syatem took long to process my transaction after the EFT device approved it. The cashier then re-performed the transaction and I had to punch in my PIN again, this time around it printed the till slip after the EFTs device approved the transaction. I indicated to the cashier that it went twice on my bank and she said that it will reverse itself, which was understandable at the time. On the 9th September 2023, I visited this outlet again for a purchase, after which I explained to the cashier about my experience the day before and that the first transaction has not yet been reversed to me. The cashier then called the manager, Wayne, who indicated to me that it normally takes 3 - 7 days for a correction to be effected by the bank, and said that if it doesn't, I can visit their outlet for a resolution. On the 16th September 2023, I visited the outlet again for a purchase, and explained to the friendly cashier that assisted me on the 8th September that a correction has not yet been made. The cashier asked that I talk to the manager on duty, I then proceeded to the Spar retail and discussed my issue with the manager, who told me that he doesn't deal with that and I will have to come back for Wayne, whose shift only start at 2pm. I waited for Wayne at Tops, on his arrival at approximately 14:45, he dismissed my complaint and told me to address the matter with my bank. I explained to him that both transactions were finalized as they no longer appear under "Transactions Not Yet Processed" on my Bank Statement. Wayne only listened to respond, not to understand, and told me to come back on Monday when the Store manager is back from leave. He did not even show any interest to investigate my complaint as he responded to me based on his assumption. In my experience and knowledge as a bank employee, once the transaction has been processed and finalized, there is no way that the bank will be able to refund me especially when the issue was not with the bank but the outlet system. Surely when SPAR did their EFT reconciliation, they would have picked up that my transaction went twice on their side, as shown on my Bank Statement.

I am of the view that the management personal that I encountered with, are clueless about their own complaint resolution process and have to people skills at all, and showed elements of incompetency and the "I don't care attitude". This is my first ever worst service experience wI encountered at SPAR, surely if they can check my Rewards card they will notice that SPAR is one of my retail of choice.

I need assistance in resolving this matter amicably.
