Pathetic service in Pinewalk Spar buy an employee called Sandile

The service in the spar in Pine Walk centre is pathetic

I went there to buy some necessities for my home, I had actually bought a laundry bucket from another shop so when I got there they told me I must leave it at the parcel counter and when I got to the parcel counter an employee by the name of Sandile was working there he told me he wont take it ,its not his problem that I have baggage's...and when I asked him how I must buy with the basket, he responded and said it was not his problem

The staff is not trained to deal with customers, customer service is pathetic in that place and never will I ever set my foot up there again
