Pathetic service from Spar

Good day I have laid numerous complaints with Spar Head Office as well as Hello Peter, with regards to the Masterchef Cookware pots, but to no avail. I just need two items to complete my collection. I just need the 28cm Deep pan as well as a 28cm lid. Can someone please assist me in obtaining this items? I am aware that the promotion is currently running in Vape Town, but for me to fly to CPT just for a pan and lid will be rediculous. By struggling to get decent help with something as simple as this makes me wonder if you really do care about your clients. A copy of this message will be sent to Hello Peter AGAIN. Should I not get any feedback as soon as possible, I will escalate this matter to the Ombudsman
