Pathetic service

Spar Moodleys in Umkomaas gave me a pathetic service I ever had.I requested R1000 as cash back,3 cashiers claimed they don't have.Packer intervened and asked the cashiers,why you don't tell the customer the truth,no cash back on pay days.
