Pathetic service

This complaint is not regarding a product but rather the service I have received at Florida Junction Spar today, which I will add this is the second time it has happened. I know maybe Spar does not make the customer a priority but to keep trampling on my rights as a consumer is not right. Today I wanted to purchase an item but when I got to the till the cashier just took it away and put it one side, called her supervisor and then they made a decision to take away the item without discussing anything with me. The cashier then says to me sorry but it has the wrong price. 1. I don't appreciate the way this was done as the two made a decision about the item I wanted to purchase without consulting me the person who picked it out of the shelf with the intention to buy it. 2. The price marked on the item whether it is right or wrong is not my fault and I should still be allowed to purchase the item if I so wish...but instead I was expected to pay double for a mistake I did not make. 3. This is not the first time a price on the item was incorrect and I was charged more. As you can imagine I am truly annoyed and feel like I am undermined and taken for a fool. The worst part is they didn't see anything wrong with this behaviour. Please understand this is not acceptable at all and if I were any other person who makes a scene or noise in the store it would be something else.
