PATHETIC SERVICE

On the morning of 23/09/2023 I was at your Tops Store in Lady Frere I bought a bottle Hennessy VS for -R500 with a promo price that was on a shelf talker where bottle were packed which was awesome until I came back later to buy two bottles with my friends and your staff decided to embarass me and make a fool out of me infront of a full store.

The cashier(Nozuko) told me the Hennessy VS on promotion and the one on display are not same even though it was still shelved on the exact same spot as in the morning with the same promotion price.

After a bit arguing the cashier told me she a manager to override however due to the store being busy i need to go find him in the store and i found a young gentlemen named Sive or Asive who agrees to override provided i provide proof of the previous purchase I went to the car to the POP n upon my return they have removed the price talker and accuses me of lying i purchased for R579.98 * 2 and left with my tail between the legs and swore i will never use spar ever again and i will influence anyone close to me.

However today I just realized this is unnacceptable and by keeping quiet i am condoning your staff's dismal customer service, incompetence and lack of professionalism. Hopefull this get attention so that no one can suffer my humiliation experience further more.
