Pathetic service by tellers and your supervisor they need training

The tellers at this spar are unprofessional and pathetic, whenever you want to withdraw money they don't have cash , then why do you render that such service if your tellers keep on saying they have no money where as if they open thier tills they have, when it is busy should your cashier's not stand up and not sit on the chairs so they can be much more faster your front line should be the best to present good service for your store but your supervisor seem to not care as they cannot conduct you front line properly hope you see to this matter as this is pathetic service, and another thing you close at 6pm on Sunday's yet your door is closed at 5:30 pm what time do you close so in future we know and put it on the door , next time I go to spar I'll take a picture of your closed doors 30 mins before closing time .
