Pathetic Service at Spar Top The Orchards Pretoria

Yesterday 19 Of Feb 2024 just before18:00 I went to Spar Tops at The Orchards in Pretoria to buy some drinks. I mistakenly broke a Quartz of Heineken. Immediately afterwards i tried to clean the mess myself. A lady came to me to collect the broken Quartz. I them took few beers and head to the Counter to Pay. To my surprise I was followed to the till and instructed to pay for the broken Quartz. I have never been so embarrassed in my life being treated like a ********. WHAT A PATHETIC SERVICE I RECEIVED.
