Pathetic service at Spar Retail Crossinng

***********, unfriendly staff with no systems whatsoever.

The most ANNOYING and disrespectful thing that I cant stand shopping at Spar Retail Crossing is the fact that the staff hardly acknowledge you at the till, continue talking to the bag packer in their language and never say good bye.

It is a beautiful shop with a great deli section and we have been super loyal shoppers at this Spar for our monthly and weekly shopping for nearly 10 years. We have so many options like Woolworths, a fabulous Pick n Pay etc yet we chose Spar Retail Crossing...

Due to the utterly incompetence and pathetic service we received today we will definitely be moving our business else were.

Sad. But Spar must realise that we have a choice as consumers and being loyal for 10 years you lost another client due to your pathetic service.
