Pathetic Service at Spar Randfontein

On thursday 21 June 2018 i went to Spar Randfontein to do some shopping at about 18:30. While i was busy shopping I noticed the diplayed special of 3 protex soap @R27 I took 15 of those soap on special together with other items a needed. when i get to the pay point the cashier call security witout telling me anything.she said this soaps are on special but she cannot scan them. I had my phone on my hand and wallet preparing to pay then the security guy said to me sorry you cannot buy this soap on special because we cannot scan them he then took my oap and push them aside. i asked to see the store manager. the cashier call the manager when he arrived the security guy accused me of recording the conversation and the manager just came and tood there with attitude and never say a word. I asked him if he can beable to assist me? he only say do you want to pay for the items we cannot scan the soaps in a very unproffessional manner!
