Pathetic service

I am so annoyed and frustrated with the service I received. I placed an order on the app only for the items to arrive 3 hours later, and on top of that the items were not fresh. They couldn't even pack the items properly, been calling the store and their customer service and none of them assisted me. I am so disappointed, feels like I wasted my money
