Pathetic service

Today at my lunch hour i visited spar to get half chicken and i waited for 30min and was told that they could not find the price,i then requested to speak to the manager as that was unacceptable and i was on lunch.They told me the manager is not available and the supervisor was called and i Had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes for them to arrive.This us very bad and i dont think ill ever go there again.
