Pathetic service

Hi. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Mr Musa Ebrahim from SPAR EXPRESS 9-11, Industrial Park Rd, Phoenix Industrial, Phoenix, 4156

On Wednesday the 2nd of July 2025 at about 19h00 I acquired services at the food section and I was serviced by the above mentioned gentleman. I asked if he could give me a taste of the food I wanted to buy and he refused saying that it was against the rules of the store. I asked him repeatedly and he said no and when I asked for the manager, he told me that he was the manager. After I asked for his name so I could report him, he then made a call to someone and after that he offered to give me a taste of the food.

I was so disappointed as I felt that my consumer right was violated.
