Pathetic service

I went to a Tops at Spruitview shopping center today to myself a drink. I saw a big price "Russian Bear, R129.99. I took the the fusion one, on arrival at the till it scanned R154.99. Supervisor was called and said she needs to call the manager and tell him that, at 1st he called a guy from the floor to confirm and the guy confirmed the R129.99 price. She came back saying the manager cannot sell me the flavor I chose at that price. We went together where I took the bottle and she showed me a R154.99 price. I showed Herr where other 3 were where I took the one I wanted to pay and she said there is nothing she can do. She called the manager again saying I'm being fussy, I spoke to the manager explained myself even told him I'm standing with the lady where the price mentioned above with a price that is still 3 more bottles in the same place where I took mine. The guy refused. I asked him for the email address of the regional/area manager and he said he can only give me his as they do not have regional/area managers since after looting. I asked for the owner or franchise manager email and he said he is the one in charge all problems are sorted by him and only him can I talk to. I have pictures to support complaint.
