pathetic service

I can't believe the pathetic response from a so called manager from Spar 5th avenue in fairlands, we got there 19:40 and the store closes at 20:00 the doors were closed so we asked them why because the board outside says 7 am to 8 pm the stupid manager told us unfortunately they closed early because he wanted to then turned arround left us there to carry on with whatever he was doing that is not the way you treat customers I'm really disgusted. Someone needs to teach Staff how to treat customers equally or teach them customer service or what it means to be a leader
