Pathetic Service

<p>I received pathetic service from your cashiers at Tops in Hibberdene (South Coast KZN) this weekend whilst on family vacation. Nomakuhleko[?] embarrassed me for R7.00 in front of other customers. She charged me R7.00 extra and when I inquired about it she got angry with me. She also discussed me with other customers whilst I was there. Her response to me was that it's only R7.00 and that she has "million customers to attend to". She screamed and argued with me although I remained calm. I asked her and her colleague (another cashier) if R7.00 has no meaning to them would they give me anything in the shop if I was R7.00 short - it's shocking to tell me that (a customer) that R7.00 is nothing. I can only imagine how many people they have been overcharging (or undercharging). Your cashiers there appear to be very belligerent/arrogant. They should understand that we as holiday goers support their local community. The cashier, when I tried to obtain her name, she aggressively pulls her name badge from her shirt to point it at my face - very disgraceful for an employee of yours to behave in this manner especially in front of other customers. When I asked why is she discussing me with other customers, her response was sarcastically "why must I discuss you I'm done with you". She brushed me off as if I meant nothing. They should learn from the Tops franchise in Gauteng where you get good service.</p> <p> </p> <p>A very disappointed Tops customer.</p>
