pathetic service

<p>i dont even have words to express the service i received at spar alexandra my grandmother bought huggies pampers and she incorrect size when i took them back on the next day they told me that i must come back again , when i came back they told me that they cannot refund baby stuff....... where is it written that and why is spar at alexandra plaza the only store that says that ,,,,,, how can we as customers be treated like this </p> <p>i requested to speak to the useless manager kinglesy who is absolute unhelpful he coudnt do anything </p> <p>i want this matter resolve as soon as possible cause i left my pampers there and and my child doesnt have pampers beacuse of people who are incompleted i have a proof of purchase with me can i get this sorted </p> <p> </p>
