Pathetic ongoing service from Spar Stellenridge

Uterly disgusted, enough is enough.<br> <br> I walked into my regular spar in Stellenridge on Saturday afternoon.I greeted a lady behind the counter by her name (Jenny), she didn't reply, I greeted her again and still didn't reply, I moved to the the lotto machine and waited to be served. Jenny then came to the lotto side and said without greeting, why you come here now, you can see we busy. At this stage I kept quiet. I gave my lotto slips in and she said, now you want to come with all your slips. Morse van tyd. <br> I politely asked her to give my tickets back. She refused to give them back, I said give me my tickets I will go somewhere else. She still refused. I had to raise my voice to get my tickets back. Boeta (Foreman) who stood at the door was shocked by her attitude and said to me, he will have a word with her. I'm a good customer to Spar and spend a good portion of 10k a month at this particular Spar. To be treated like this is total unacceptable. If your staff have personal issue's, they should leave there personal problems at home. I went on to do my lotto tickets at Spar Tygermanor and wow, what great service. <br> Regards<br> Kevin Schwartz.
