PATHETIC MANAGEMENT

WORST CLIENT SERVICE EVER. Went there to buy me niece and nephews some Valentines gifts as we were at play a lot. 1 item was CLEARLY priced R39.99 but scanned something like R55. I told the cashier and she could see from the till it was R39.99. She walked around for a few minutes trying to locate the Manager. Came back and apologised for me waiting and told me she is still looking for the Manager. Then this big old white man comes up already with an attitude like he was interrupted and just says “The price is for the wrong item and I’m not giving it to you for that price” WOW because I put the price there. I have banned all my friends and family from going there because that Manager clearly doesn’t know what customer service is or he just didn’t get it all for Valentine’s Day. Absolutely pathetic. I must however applaud the cashier who clearly understand what customer service is as she apologised for the mistake and inconvenience. Well done CG4 at till 3-
