Pathetic customer service from Spar Leondale

I always shop here and today I got so much ****ed. Such **** service these people offer including the manager. We went there today with my fiance to buy chips while we left other shops because we needed few items and convenience for our shopping, when we got there, we got served by a lady named Sonto by the deli area. We placed an order and waited on the line for more than 20 min and there were customers who came after us, who were given service without even waiting for 2 minutes. Then we were told that they ran out of chips. We went to complain by the manager who is a white man who told us that we are wrong and even had the audacity to leave the conversation while our complaint was not resolved. Such is bull**** and lack of customer service they offered to us as their regular customers who always buy there the whole time. Spar should find the best candidates to franchise their business else other people will run the brand down the drain I even have an ankle problem and standing for that long to receive poor service did not cut me any crab. Such is nonsense
