pathetic customer service from Sena

The level of service and disrespect at that Flanders Mountedgecombe spar is disgusting!!. I've been there several times to withdraw instant money voucher because I work literally 2min away from it and have no bank card. I've always been assisted(well if that's what you call it) by Sena she's short and very disrespectful on several occasions I've asked to withdraw money and with such attitude and disregard of my presence she constantly says she can't cause it's past time( as if that's true)or because she has "no money." I've asked on several occasions if she can get it from a different till point because I've done it before at other Spar's and of course got assistance. I'm constantly turned away i'm not happy with the poor level of service by Sena i'm certain i'm not the only one she's RUDE!! to . That Spar needs to change her from that till point. It's my money i'm not borrowing it from her. I wish I knew her surname i'm certain she's the only Sena at Flanders Spar in Mount Edgecombe Durban. If this isn't looked into i'm taking it to higher ups!! TRUST!! what was she taught during training for "customer service"...The manager and regional manager need to look into this pathetic level of service from Sena.
