Pathetic customer service and old food

I bought food at spar vangate mall and returned to work, the food wasn't to my expectation so I heated the food thinking because it's cold only to my surprise it gave off a horrible smell, took it back and the staff I returned it to said they smelt it was off this morning. I mean it's a pathetic services, in the week I was also there to order sandwich and I inboxed spar on facebook up till today no apology from them, they should close there damn store because customers will get sick, it's not the 1st time but I'm just fed up of the same bull different days. The staff that works there rather complain of them being drunk and being at work, why do you employ people that speaks the way they want to around clients and serve old food, if you can't provide fresh goods or customer services close your damn doors because you won't be finding my ass in spar ever again. It's ridiculous.
