Pathetic Customer Service

The person who is manning the sushi/doughnut counter at the Spar Mall @55 is an extremely rude and abrupt person. He has absolutely no peoples skills and I have no idea how a person like this can be in charge of the counter. About two weeks ago, I approached the counter to purchase some sushi. I selected my options and approached the counter to pay. The person manning the counter was busy frying doughnut with his back towards the customer (extremely rude to start off with in my opinion). I am a very patient man so I waited for him to give his attention but that did not happen. I called a few times but he did not hear as he was looking at other women that was entering the store. When I finally managed to get his attention, I mentioned that I was calling him for a while. His response to that was that I need to call him louder as he is busy. Anyways, being the person that I am, I brushed it off, paid for my sushi and left. This morning I was again at the Spar Mall @55. On my way out, I decided to stop for some sushi however, it was not displayed out as yet. When I approached the counter I saw that the sushi was already packed but it was behind the counter at the back. I asked if the sushi was ready and if I could come and choose the ones that I wanted. The very same person was manning the counter and responded in a very abrupt way saying that I am not allowed to. Who does he think he is? Is he doing me a favor manning the counter? What time is the sushi supposed to be displayed? How does Spar employ a person with absolutely no peoples skills and has no way of talking to people. And to put the icing the on cake, I asked for a Manager so that I could report this. The Managers response to me was that I can do whatever you want. Is this how your Managers are supposed to treat people???? I have been a Spar Celtisridge and Spar Mall @55 supporter since these stores opened and I and literally in your store everyday. Is this the level of service that I can expect from your people? I am utterly and totally disgusted at how I was treated by your staff and Manager this morning - The person who said that he is a Manager dis not even have any Spar logo on any of his clothes and was dressed in jeans and a T-shirt - Is this how Managers are supposed to present themselves - This mind boggling that this is the level of service your strive to provide.
