Pathetic customer service

I visited your Paradys Park Brackenfell branch on Thursday 09/09/21 to purchase the Chikka Chicken Thrifty Thursday deal as advertised on their website. This promotion is running from ***,however when I asked for it at the deli I was abruptly told by the staff they didn't prepare it, then asked me when was the promotion, the second lady told me it's an old promotion, it was the previous week, then when I showed them the ad stated its a current promotion she just told me well they didn't prepare it. I said thank you and walked on and then asked for the manager on duty who also did not know about the promotion, had to phone Head office to confirm which she did only then to realise this is on offer. I am totally disgusted at the service of this branch, I stay 5min away from this branch and frequently pop in there for my essential needs but I would rather drive a extra 10kms where I will receive better customer service.
